When will my item ship?

Most orders are processed and placed in the mail within 3-5 business days. If for some reason we encounter a delay, we'll let you know ASAP.

How long does shipping usually take?

Because we source many of our products from manufacturers around the globe in order to give you the best prices, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. International shipments can take longer depending on the customs process at the destination country.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please be very careful to enter your correct address when ordering (use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly). We do not take responsibility for incorrect information that is submitted to us.

If the package is 'RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE' we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping charges (if applicable).

What's your policy for returns and exchanges?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@allergylight.com so we can make it right.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Is it safe to shop at this website?

Yes. We use only the most secure payment processors (PayPal, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.) and never share your information with anyone.
